4'S'- strategic framework that demonstrate the different functional entity of school. This explains role of individual and relationship between two different entities.

This is an integral part of the curriculum. The following are taken up for effective implementation of this:
- Morning Assembly is held for all classes.
- Special Theme based Assembly is conducted by each class in rotation.
- Thought of the Day, Recitation of Quotes (shlokas) are part of the Assembly.
- Value based stories and songs are taken up regularly.
- Dramatization of stories, Role Play.
- Celebration of National, religious festivals and all special days.
